Functional Training - is a goal oriented idea. You tell us what your goals are and we help you achieve them. Our gym is equipped with only functional machines, such as adjustable pulley/weight stacks, free weights, swiss balls, medicine balls, resistance bands/cords, balance pads, wobble boards, cardio machines, Pilates reformers and much more. We stay away from 'one-trick-ponies" and value our free floor space. If you don't already know, you will be amazed at how much training can be accomplished with relatively little equipment.
